Simple 3-Step Return Process
Request Return
Send an email to our support team with your order number and item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
Pack & Ship
Securely package the unwashed, unworn item with original tags attached and ship using your return instructions.
Fast Refund or Swap
Once received and inspected, we process your refund to original payment or dispatch your replacement gear promptly.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a refund or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Item must be purchased directly from American Predator Gear.
- Item must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition with all original tags attached.
- Free of any pet hair, smoke odor, scent cover sprays, or signs of field wear.
- Return must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Exchanges (Size / Fit)
Need a different size or color? We want you to have gear that fits right. Contact us with your order number and desired replacement size. We will reserve your replacement and send it out quickly once the original item is verified.
Defective or Incorrect Gear
We inspect our gear thoroughly, but if you receive a defective item or the wrong size/style by mistake, we will make it right immediately at zero cost to you. Please email us clear photos of the issue within 5 days of delivery.
Refund Processing Timelines
Once your return arrives at our fulfillment facility and passes quality inspection, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. Please note your financial institution may take additional time to post funds.
