Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our gear that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

All content on this site—including but not limited to brand graphics, original artwork, text, logos, product names (including Sounder Pounder, Smokin Yotes, Trash Panda, and Freedom Gear), and digital assets—is the exclusive intellectual property of American Predator Gear and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and trade dress laws.

You are prohibited from using the site or its content:

• To transmit viruses, worms, malware, or malicious code that impairs storefront operation;

• To interfere with or circumvent the security features of the store or Shopify platform.

In no case shall American Predator Gear, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, or contractors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of our service or products procured using the service.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you goods or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Texas.
